A group of 38 Dundee-Crown High School students who are enrolled in industrial education classes toured the Chicago facility and learned how the hands-on skills they practice in class apply to manufacturing jobs. The students were lead through each step of the manufacturing process, including the water test area, bogie assembly shop, and even got to walk through an unfinished railcar. Students were excited to learn about the variety of opportunities offered at CRRC and hear from employees about their experiences.

Tours for students are conducted throughout the year. For more information about future opportunities to tour the CRRC facility, please email info@crrcchi.com.
